This lovely mountain home sits right on the tributary of the Cuchara River & the Dodgeton Creek in the village of Cuchara. The home features an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and a breakfast room overlooking the Dodgeton Creek. You can hear the river & see the river from most rooms in the house. Decks in the front and back of the home providing extra entertaining space and a great place to enjoy the river. This home has plenty of room for the entire family. Enjoy reading a book or fish for trout right out the back door. The kids can wade in the creek or play in the grassy yard.
Cuchara’s River House is just steps away from downtown Cuchara where you can walk to the Dog Bar or the Timbers for Dining & Cocktails, then go to the Bear’s Den for ice cream & mini golf.
