  • Louise – The force behind the Cuchara Vacation Rental Experience, she’s a near-native resident of Cuchara for 55 years. Louise has worked in the customer service industry her entire life, growing up in Cuchara and working with her family (David and Dianne Baldwin) to build local businesses such as the Cuchara Country Stores and The Dog Bar. She has over 32 years experience in management, 9 years experience working with her folks managing the Cuchara Inn, as well as being in the vacation rental business for the past 17 years renting properties in two states; Colorado and Hawaii.

 

  • Chip – Chip brings to Cuchara Vacation Rentals, 50 years of Construction Experience and Management, as well as, owning and operating a Property Maintenance Business in Mammoth Lakes, California for 7 years prior to moving to Colorado in 2002. Chip has a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of home building, maintenance, and repairs.

Cuchara Vacation Rentals offers full-service Vacation Rental Management that includes advertising, bookings, payments, lodging tax payments, and guest cleaning. We offer a personal approach to owners and guests.
